Consent to personal data processing
Version of 28 September 2026
By ticking the consent box in the request or newsletter form on netori.store and submitting the form, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below, in accordance with Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.
Who I give consent to
The personal data operator: Netori, email: info@netori.store, phone: +7 (991) 114-69-70, https://netori.store (the Operator).
What data
Request form:
- name;
- phone number or messenger username;
- email address, if I provided it;
- the service selected and the comment text;
- technical data of the submission: IP address, browser details, campaign tags (UTM), date and time.
Why
The Operator processes the data only for these purposes:
- to answer the request, contact me, prepare an estimate and correspond about the project — for request form data;
- to send Netori news about new products, services and updates, including promotional emails — for the newsletter address. This also constitutes consent to receive advertising by email (Article 18(1) of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13 March 2006 “On Advertising”);
- to protect the site forms from spam and understand which channels bring requests — for technical data.
What the Operator may do with the data
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction — with or without automated means.
Where the data is kept and who receives it
The data is recorded and stored in a database on the Operator’s server located in Russia.
A notification of a new request, including its contents, is forwarded to the Operator’s staff: by email to the Operator’s mailbox at the Russian hosting provider Jino, and as a message in the Telegram messenger. Telegram’s servers are located outside Russia, so this forwarding is a cross-border transfer of personal data, and I consent to it.
The data is never sold or passed to third parties for their own purposes, except where the law expressly requires it.
How long consent lasts
Consent for request form data lasts until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than three years after the last contact about the request. Consent to the newsletter lasts until I unsubscribe.
When the term ends or consent is withdrawn, the data is destroyed unless the law requires it to be kept.
How to withdraw consent
Consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to info@netori.store. The newsletter can be cancelled with the link in any email.
On receiving a withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days unless the law provides otherwise (Article 21(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).
My rights
I may obtain information about the processing of my data and demand that it be corrected, blocked or destroyed. How the Operator processes and protects data is described in the Privacy policy: https://netori.store/en/privacy.
