What we collect

Through the forms on this site you may send us:

• your name and a way to reach you (email, phone or messenger);
• a company name, if you provided one;
• a description of the project, budget and desired timeline;
• request metadata: IP address, user agent and UTM parameters.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request, prepare an estimate and correspond about the project. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Request metadata is used for spam protection and to understand which channels bring clients.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for no longer than three years after the last contact. Newsletter subscriptions can be cancelled in one click from any email, after which the address is deleted.

Cookies and browser storage

The site itself keeps three things in your browser: the theme you picked, the language you picked, and a draft of an unfinished request so a stray reload does not lose it.

The draft is never sent anywhere — it stays on your device, is erased the moment the request is submitted, and can be removed with the "Clear" button next to the form.

Yandex Metrica

To understand where visitors come from and which pages help them, the site runs a Yandex Metrica counter (Yandex LLC). It stores a cookie in your browser and sends Yandex visit data: the pages viewed, the referring source, device and browser type, approximate location derived from the IP address, clicks and scrolling.

Webvisor is also enabled: it records how a visitor moves the mouse, scrolls and clicks on a page, so we can see where the site is awkward. What you type into the request and newsletter forms — name, phone, email, comment — is not recorded.

We see this data only as aggregate statistics and do not link it to requests. You can turn it off by blocking cookies in your browser or with a tracker blocker; the site keeps working fully. How Yandex handles this data is described in its privacy policy: yandex.ru/legal/confidential.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion by writing to info@netori.store. We respond within 30 days — usually the same working day.
