What we collect

Through the forms on this site you may send us:

• your name and a way to reach you (email, phone or messenger);
• a company name, if you provided one;
• a description of the project, budget and desired timeline;
• request metadata: IP address, user agent and UTM parameters.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request, prepare an estimate and correspond about the project. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Request metadata is used for spam protection and to understand which channels bring clients.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept for no longer than three years after the last contact. Newsletter subscriptions can be cancelled in one click from any email, after which the address is deleted.

Cookies and browser storage

The site keeps three things in your browser: the theme you picked, the language you picked, and a draft of an unfinished request so a stray reload does not lose it.

The draft is never sent anywhere — it stays on your device, is erased the moment the request is submitted, and can be removed with the "Clear" button next to the form. There are no advertising trackers or third-party pixels.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion by writing to hello@netori.team. We respond within 30 days — usually the same working day.
