What we did
We built a React Native (Expo) app on a Node.js and PostgreSQL backend: auth, orders, bonus points, master-side shift tracking and an in-app chat.
The outcome
The core flow is already running: one system instead of a notebook and calls. An SMS gateway and push notifications are the last two steps before full release.
Client points and master shifts used to live in someone's head and a notebook. The app finally puts it in one place I can check from my phone.
