How we work

Five steps, no surprises

You see progress every week and pay per milestone. If it becomes clear at any step that going further makes no sense, we stop and refund the remainder.

We do not vanish after launch

Two months of warranty are included, then support with an SLA and a readable monthly report.

  1. Intro call and brief

    1–2 days

    A 40-minute call to work out which business problem needs solving, not which website needs drawing. You leave with a short summary and a budget range.

  2. Research and prototype

    3–7 days

    We study competitors, the audience and your current metrics, then build a clickable prototype so you can feel the structure before money goes into it.

  3. Design and design system

    1–3 weeks

    We draw components rather than pages: buttons, cards, states, dark theme. A set like that is cheap to extend — new screens take hours, not weeks.

  4. Build and testing

    Weekly demos on a staging environment and full access to the task board. Automated tests on critical paths, CI/CD, monitoring and backups included.
